The UK’s national Care Quality Commission (CQC) is independent regulator of health and social care in England. Every year it assesses Diligent Care Services against rigorous industry standards.

 

In March 2018 Diligent Care Services was received an overall rating of Good with some Outstanding elements across its care services, staff, and procedures.

'People told us they were well treated by the staff and felt safe with them. Staff knew how to recognise and report abuse and understood their responsibilities in keeping people safe [...] People told us they had no complaints about the service but said they felt able to raise any concerns without worry if necessary.'
